PC Support is UK company with offices in Worcester and Birmingham and supplies a wide range of professional computer support services to home users, individuals, professionals and to small to medium enterprises (SME) across Worcestershire, Herefordshire, Gloucestershire and the West Midlands.

Our background

With over 20 years experience in a wide range of computing systems that span DEC PDP/11 and VAX, through IBM PCs with MSDOS, BBC Micro, Windows 3.1, Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows XP and Vista as well as Macintosh and Linux based computing we have a broad range of computing experience.

Principal members of PC Support staff have degree-level qualifications in Information Technology and Computer Studies are also Members of the British Computer Society (MBCS).

PC Support is able to undertake a wide range of work from simple repairs, supply and installation of new hardware and software, design and implementation of network and server based systems, secure remote access, broadband installation, tuning and upgrades and much more - whatever your computing requirements are, give PC Support a call!

How we do business

PC Support has two main ways of working with customers, either we provide an estimate for the work or task to be performed and charge an hourly rate or we provide a quotation and work on a fixed cost, time and materials, basis.

We can provide a telephone based support service to customers that wish to have access to professional advice and support over the phone. Telephone support is based on an annual support contract whcih is scaled to meet the requirements of our customers.

Please Note: PC Support does not provide a free "advice line" or free technical support as this would engage too much of our staff's valuable time.
