Log files

Our web servers, like the majority of servers on the internet, maintain log files that record the date and time, internet protocol address, browser type, computer/operating system type, page or object name accessed, size of transfer, result code for the transfer, referring entry/exit pages, number of clicks on pages etc.

The log files also gather "logged in usernames" if we have provided you with personal access to private/protected areas of the web site.

This information is used to administer the web site, analyse trends and gather demographic information about our users. In addition we use this information to look for faults or problems on the website and identify misuse or abuse of the site.

Personal Information and Third Parties

PC Support promises that it will only use any personal information for PC Support internal company use to service its customers and visitors to the PC Support website.

PC Support does not sell, re-sell, rent, give away or disseminate personally identifiable information to any Third Parties and does not export personal data to any location outside the European Union.

When the PC Support Privacy Policy does not apply
